The location was convenient, particularly as it was near friends and family in Lich. The hotel's commitment to sustainability with electric vehicle charging and being dog-friendly aligns with my environmental activism. The room was clean and spacious, with a pleasant view of the German countryside. However, I found the lack of protection from insects in the bathroom to be a downside, as I suffered from bug bites. The restaurant offered delicious meals, especially the chicken breast dish, which I highly recommend.While the staff were friendly, there were some shortcomings at the front desk. The overall value for money was good, but there was a missed opportunity to stay on the 29th of July due to availability issues.In conclusion, Landhaus Klosterwald provides a satisfactory stay with its eco-friendly practices and comfortable accommodation. For those looking for a balance between cost and luxury, this hotel is worth considering.
